Do’s and Dont’s
Our spa is a place of quiet and relaxation. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to use mobile phones or cameras. A secure locker is available for your entire stay. Nevertheless, we advise you to store jewellery and other valuables in the safe in your room. The management assumes no responsibility.
Please inform our employees about any health problems or disorders such as allergies or injuries that could affect your stay in the spa.
Treatments and reservations
To enable us to satisfy every request, we recommend that you book your treatments in advance. Of course, upon availability, we will be happy to take care of you even without a reservation. You can make an appointment directly from your room by dialling 9. We would be delighted to assist you.
In order to fully enjoy your wellness appointments, we ask you to present yourself to the treatment area 15 minutes in advance. In the spa, we provide soft towels, a comfortable bathrobe, slippers and fine personal care products.
Cancellations and delays
We ask you to advise us of any changes to your schedule or cancellation at least six hours before the agreed appointment time. In case of no-show or cancellations received after the deadline indicated, we reserve the right to charge the total amount. We trust in your understanding and please note that any delays will affect the duration of your treatment.
Access to the spa is allowed for guests over the age of 16. In addition, we remind you that children under 14 years can use the pool only if accompanied by an adult.
